Great location! Everything as advertised and a very pleasant experience working with the host. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Valparaiso!

Valpo with a view
Magnificent views, awesome location,super friendly and helpful host.
Nothing Much. Hot water was an issue but was sorted really quickly.

My mother and I really enjoyed staying here and would go...
My mother and I really enjoyed staying here and would go back. Amazing location with amazing sea views. Bart was an extremely helpful host, offering to help carry our luggage on the steep steps (the apartments are accessed via a pedestrian staircase). The beds were exceptionally comfortable! The district, Bellavista, has some really fantastic restaurants and feels more 'real' than the barrios that the guidebooks send you to look round. Although it's up one of the many hills, it's not far to one of the historic lifts that take you right down in the city centre.
Although it's in the heart of a great neighbourhood, it's surprisingly quiet. My only niggle was the dog that barked in the room above my bedroom a couple of nights in a row.

The owner was very friendly and helpful.
The owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious for 2 adults and 3 kids. 2 bathrooms were very useful. View excellent. Safe. Close to ascensore for trip home.
Bedding/pillows needed to be updated. Showers needed better cleaning from heavy water stains. Walls could have benefited from either deep clean or paint. If driving here, ask for route other than Calle Ferrari.
